Eaton Battery Protection Solutions
Eaton offer a broad range of solutions for battery protection including SMT and THT PPTC with voltage ratings from 6V - 60V and hold currents up to 15A. SMT fuses are available for both high current (up to 125A at 72Vdc) and high voltage (up to 600Vdc) applications, with 63V, 0603 size fuses available in 0.5A - 1.5A ratings for BMS sense line protection. For high power, high voltage applications Eaton offer their ADC product range of 6.3 x 32mm, 500Vac & dc rated fuses in current ratings from 12A - 30A that exhibit a DC interrupt rating of 20kA.

Self Control Fuses
The self control fuse from Eaton provides the facility for battery overcurrent and overcharge protection. With current ratings of 12 - 45A and voltages up to 80V the SCF family is ideal for use in power tools, e-bikes, battery powered appliances and automated guided vehicles.
High Voltage SMT Fuses 350Vac and 450-600Vdc
Eaton's 1145HV and 1350HV fuses offer 350Vac and up to 600Vdc operation in compact SMT footprints, with current ratings up to 5A. Both families offer 100A interrupt rating at full rated voltage with the 1145HV also rated for a 1500A fault current at 350Vdc.
CC06FA Fuses for Automotive BMS Applications
Eaton’s CC06FA series of fast-acting SMD fuses are 63V rated and feature a 50A interrupt rating and AEC-Q200 qualification. The compact 0603 design makes them suitable for space-constrained applications such as battery management system.
2822HC Fuses for High Power Applications
Eaton's 2822HC high power brick fuses provide a high current rating in a compact, surface mount design that allows for a single fuse solution in high current applications that would otherwise utilize larger, oversized fuses or multiple fuses in parallel to meet the current requirements.
PTSLR Low Resistance PPTC for Battery Protection
Eaton’s series of PolyTron low resistance surface mount polymer PTC resettable fuses offer reliable circuit protection in a compact form factor for applications where replacing a one-time fuse is too costly, inconvenient, or impossible.
Resettable Automotive PPTC Fuses
Eaton's PTSA resettable PPTC fuses provide consistent and repeatable overcurrent protection while reducing the need for replacement of one-time fuses. PTSA fuses feature low resistance for reduced power dissipation and have voltage ratings above 16 V to address typical requirements in infotainment, telematics, lighting, body control, and other automotive applications.
